About OBDAuto.ro
For drivers and mechanics
OBDAuto.ro helps you understand codes displayed by a car scan tool: explanations, symptoms, possible causes and diagnostic checks.
Using the code database
Enter a code such as P0401 or combine it with a make and model. Narrow results by vehicle, system and severity.
Coverage and limitations
The database is growing. A missing code or vehicle does not mean that it does not exist. Selecting a vehicle helps filter results and does not independently confirm that a repair procedure applies to it.
Costs and diagnosis
Costs are indicative. Do not buy parts based only on a code; the cause needs to be confirmed for your vehicle and engine.
